Welcome to my academic homepage! I'm Vegas Hodgins, B.CogSc, and I'm a third-year PhD student at the Language and Multilingualism Lab at McGill University's Department of Psychology, co-supervised by Dr. Debra Titone and Dr. Gillian O'Driscoll. My background is in Psychology, Linguistics, and Computer Science. For more information, please see my CV.

I'm interested in research that spans the junction between the cognitive and cultural perspectives of language, especially in regards to bilingualism. Some of my lines of research include the impact of bilingualism on language evolution, the eye tracking correlates of bilingual reading of irony, and the linguistic symptoms of schizophrenia.

Thank you for visiting my site! Feel free to contact me by email.
